Pre-Press Guide Posters

The objective of this project was to translate a written series of printing instructions into a visual, clearly communicative piece, suitable for the intended audience but preferably NOT in a purely functional booklet way.

I chose to design the giveaway as a poster series of three posters. One poster explains the pre-press steps such as bleeds, crop marks, and le types. e second poster explains the colors used in printing like CMYK and the difference between rich black and plain black. The last poster in the series explains the post press steps like trapping, binding, and off set printing.
